Let pᵢ = win probability of leg i, cᵢ = combination factor (default 1), o = bookmaker's bet builder price.
- • Combination factor C = Π cᵢ (blank rows skipped)
- • Combined p_win P = (Π pᵢ) · C
- • Fair odds = 1 / P
- • Edge = o · P − 1
- • Kelly = ((o − 1) · P − (1 − P)) / (o − 1)
The first leg's combination factor is conventionally blank/1; subsequent legs use a factor > 1 when the legs are positively correlated (e.g. both depend on the same team scoring), < 1 when negatively correlated.
