Synthetic odds — Over (push at total = mid)
Over (mid − 0.25) = (a + 1 + b·(a − 1)/a) / 2
Over (mid) = ((a − 1)·b + a) / a
Over (mid + 0.25) = (1 + b + b·(a − 1)/a) / 2
